Acquisitions LLC Referral program is limited to referrals of personal contacts. You must not refer any person under this scheme where referring the individual breaches any duty you may owe to any other organization or person. To do so may amount to a criminal offence.
By referring any person under this scheme:
- You warrant and confirm that the referral does not breach any duty you (or any third party) may owe to any other person or organization arising out of any:
- function of a public nature;
- activity connected with a business, trade or profession;
- activity performed by or on behalf of a body of persons (whether corporate or incorporate).
- You agree to refund on demand (without any time delay) any reward where you are found to be in breach of these terms.
Acquisitions LLC shall not be liable arising out of or in connection with this Agreement;
- Any loss of or damage to profit, revenue, savings, data, use, contract, goodwill or business or
- Any indirect or consequential loss or damage, in each case howsoever caused or arising.
- Acquisitions LLC reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any part of this Program at its discretion.

- To be eligible for this Program, being a new or an already existing customer, the referrer has to go to our online referral program page on our official website www.prandcitizenship.com and fill in the appropriate details. Agents, including resellers and business partners, of Acquisitions LLC and its Related Bodies (private/ Corporate) are not eligible for this Program. To be our official partner, please refer ‘partner with us’ page on the program. Acquisitions LLC staffs are excluded from entering this Program.

For the referred friend/ family to qualify as an Eligible Referral for the Program, the referred must:
- Not be an existing / prospective customer of Acquisitions LLC.
- Have been referred to Acquisitions LLC by an existing customer who is Eligible.
- Contact details should be valid / active and authenticated.
- Must have a valid and immediate interest in taking one of our services.
- Must have the means (direct/indirect) in going forward with one of our programs.
- All the data provided in referral form, should be accurate and active / updated.
- Acquisitions LLC will validate / verify any referral to be considered as a “Qualified Referral.”
- Acquisitions LLC will reserve absolute rights to declare or not any referrals as a “Qualified Referral.”
- Only qualified referrals will be eligible for incentive pay out.
- Any subsequent services purchased as a complimentary / continuity of the primary service purchased by the referrals will not be subject to a claim for an incentive from the referrer.
- Acquisitions LLC accepts no responsibility for any referrals not received for any reason. Eligible Referrals will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by Acquisitions LLC and not at the time of transmission. Acquisitions LLC is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected referrals as well as technical difficulties with the referral mechanism and does not warrant that the referral mechanism will be available at all time.
